 Session Three:     Business Resilience

After using These methods, you have become a huge success. Now what? You'd like to keep things running at that level, and go higher.

Business Resilience provides a "pocket" version of the powerful tools acquired in session two. Performing a quick day-to-day scan assuring the reality matches your design.  Catch issues early, before they become real problems. Including guidelines for issue resolution.

It is a way of keeping up on our constantly shifting world. Taking advantage of changes in market forces, as they are occurring.  Even staying one step ahead with small tweaks and innovation.

Small changes occur all the time.  Resilience is having control over the elements within your business, able to reconfigure and deliver.  When you see a business jump to a whole new level, that's Resilience.  It's about being  smart, prepared and paying attention.

Each arrow on the wheel will point you to analysis and resolution tools and methods.  You already have these from the workshop.  There will be time when the tasks require other tools or information.  Going online may provide what you need.  Knowing your issue so well it should not be hard to find the right thing.  And much quicker at finding due to how accurately you know what you need.

Decising to bring in a professional can, of course, be invaluable.  You will be smarter at business but not know it all.  Kowing what is needed you can ask the right questions to feel confident in choosing the right person.  You will aslo be able to guide their work.  Each area of your business depends on each performing well.  You may need to bring the understanding of that when working on a specific area.  The workshop will well prepare you for that.

This is where you put it all together.  Taking a step back.  Looking across the entire landscape.  Solidly understanding how to apply the things you decided to take on during the Workshop.  This gives you the full picture of how it all comes together.  And now it will seem so simple.

You have the specifics of what to do now, A Roadmap to where you are going.

Most importantly you know how to get there.

You will lay all that out in the Workshop.

It will not be a linear path.  It never is.  The beauty of BDW is it doesn't need to be.  When you spot something going on, this BDW Wheel points to the steps for handling that situation.  You are in control.  You now make the choice of the best method.  It has all been laid out for you.

You have all the tools, The Workbook, and your new smart ideas for taking charge.  Getting it all done.  Backing you up is the support from BDW.  An area for alumni on the site with even more tools, methods and ideas.  There are also BDW support options, including: Tele & Video Conference Sessions, as well as email and the phone.  You can't miss.  .  We will cover all this at the Workshop.See you there!

But you can contribute.  BDW plans to start highlighting businesses who do well using the Workshop.  And put in articles about your little successes as well as the big ones.

See You There!
